New OpenAI agentic API

OpenAI has discontinued the Agent API (and plans to sunset it in the next 12 months) that Notis currently uses to deliver our multi-agent experience. I’m working to bring the new Response and Conversation API.

The new implementation will bring some key improvements for Notis:

• Better (and cheaper) context management.

• Improved speed and reliability.

• Support for MCP!

• Support for GPT-5 and future models (when they actually outperform GPT-4.1).
